This document is primarily aimed at clinical psychologists employed within health services. It is also intended to be of interest and relevance to a wide readership in the NHS, including clinical professions, managers and other interested parties. It aims to remove some of the confusion concerning responsibility and accountability issues in the delivery of multidisciplinary health and social care.
