This is the first of a comprehensive 4-day workshop programme.
The workshop provides a structured and comprehensive overview of the theory and practice of supervision, and ongoing opportunities for support and continuing development as supervisors. The workshops are spread out to allow delegates time for reflection and practice, and preferably should be attended sequentially where possible. The first workshop focuses on the fundamentals and provides a comprehensive introduction to the theory and practice of Supervision. It is suitable for novice and experienced supervisors.
