- theoretical and research development in the understanding of cognitive and emotional factors in psychological disorders
- interpersonal attitudes l behaviour and relationships
- vulnerability to, adjustment to, assessment of, and recovery (assisted or otherwise) from psychological disorders
- psychological therapies (including both process and outcome research) where mental health is concerned.
The journal publishes original high-quality empirical research and rigorous theoretical papers; systematic reviews and other research reports which support evidence-based practice; and relevant high-quality analogue studies.
