This workshop aims to provide the participants with the knowledge needed to become an expert witness in the civil courts. Attendees will discuss the particular rules of the civil court and the duties of an expert witness.
It is an advanced workshop which follows the series of three workshops offered to provide a strong foundation for providing services as an expert witness.
To attend Level 4 workshops delegates must have attended the previous Level 1 to 3 workshops.
