This Part 2 workshop will continue the supervision training from Part 1 and will focus on how to use the experiential learning cycle as a key model for setting up and maintaining effective learning in supervision. The workshop will be a blend of input, experiential work, live supervision and small discussion groups. It will focus on helping supervisees become “reflective practitioners” and will provide models and frameworks to help supervisors train in reflection and levels of reflection.
